Up until very recently, there has not been the slightest hope of anything else, and hence Takapotku. To make it as interesting as possible for the participants, we want to make the tournament as strong as remotely possible, so here we are. |

| Öö... Koska se on hauskaa? No jaa, vakavammin ottaen, kannattaa pitää mielessä kaksi asiaa: ensinnäkin tällaiseen turnaukseen saapuu ihmisiä pitkin poikin Suomea, ja nimenomaan hyviä pelaajia. Turnaukset ovat siis oikeasti erinomainen tapa oppia, koska pääset pelaamaan itseäsi parempia vastustajia vastaan. Kerhopelissä joku voi erehtyä ottamaan rennostikin, mutta turnauspeleissä pääset näkemään viimeiseen asti vietyä taisteluhenkeä. Voit siis olla vakuuttunut siitä, että jokainen vastustajasi tekemä siirto on paras minkä hän osaa. Mikä tietysti tarkoittaa sitä, että joudut itsekin pelaamaan parastasi. Ja loppujen lopuksi ''molemmat'' oppivat hyvin, hyvin paljon pelin ja sen läpikäynnin aikana. |

Jos siis samanvahvuisia ihmisiä on tarpeeksi paikalla, todennäköisesti pääset pelaamaan heidän kanssaan melkein kaikki pelit. Ja jos taasen pärjäät, niin joudut pelaamaan hieman vahvempia vastaan, mutta todennäköisesti sinua ei kuitenkaan pariteta esmes 20 kiveä vahvempaa vastaan... :-). Oikea tapa suhtautua asiaan on siis tulla turnaukseen, ja ottaa kaveri kans! |

Jos go oikeasti kiinnostaa, niin tämähän on loistavaa! Harvoin tulee oikeastaan keskityttyä näin paljon - kuinka moni käyttää 15 tuntia edes viikossa, kahdessa pelaamiseen? |
