Sanktiot gon SM-kilpailuissa 2011#

Gon SM-kilpailuissa sovelletaan sanktioita SM II-karsinnassa ja SM-sarjassa sen jälkeen, kun pelaaja on puhelinilmoittautumisessa vahvistanut osallistumisensa. Muissa osaturnauksissa (I-karsinta, finaali, playoff) poissaoloista ei seuraa sanktioita.

Yhden kierroksen poissaolosta seuraa varoitus.

Useamman kuin yhden kierroksen poissaolosta yhden osaturnauksen aikana seuraa pelikielto seuraavaan vuoden SM-kilpailuun.

Sanktioita ei kuitenkaan sovelleta, mikäli pelaajan poissaolo voidaan perustella jollakin allaolevista kriteereistä.

1. EGF:n turnaussäännöt#

Euroopan go-liiton (EGF) turnaussäännöt sallivat poissaolon seuraavilla kriteereillä:

By default, players in the top groups of a tournament must play all rounds. In a McMahon tournament the top groups include any supergroups, the group above the bar, and the group just below the bar. A player starting in a top group may skip a round only in exceptional circumstances like a serious a medical problem proven by a doctor's certificate or a family member's decease.

Jos pelaaja voi osoittaa näiden kriteerien täyttyvän, pelaajaa ei sanktioida poissaoloista. Go-liitto korvaa lääkärintodistuksen hankkimisesta aiheutuneita suoria kuluja tositteita vastaan 200 euroon asti.

2. Turnauksen tuomarin lupa#

Pelaajan poissaoloa ei sanktioida, jos poissaolo perustuu turnauksen virallisen tuomarin antamaan lupaan. Muiden järjestäjien tai liiton toimihenkilöiden lupa ei riitä vaan ainoastaan tuomarin lupa kelpaa.

3. Force majeure#

Force majeure -tapauksissa eli ylivoimaisen esteen tapauksissa pelaajaa ei sanktioida poissaoloista. Tapauksesta on toimitettava liitolle kirjallinen selvitys.

Don't try to use HTML, since it just won't work.
