Korean Ambassador's Cup 2008#

12.-13.1.2008 Helsinki#

Korean Ambassador’s Cup järjestetään Suomessa toisen kerran 12.-13.1.2008. Turnauksen pääpalkintona on edustuspaikka 3rd Korean Prime Minister Cupiin Etelä-Koreaan lokakuussa 2008 sisältäen matkat, majoitukset, turnauksen ja oheisohjelman. Suomen Go-liitto ry järjestää turnauksen yhteistyössä Korean tasavallan suurlähetystön ja Korean Amateur Baduk Associationin kanssa.

Kaikille go-liiton jäsenille avoimessa turnauksessa pelataan lauantaina neljä kierrosta ja sunnuntaina kolme kierrosta MacMahon-järjestelmällä (vertailulukuina SOS ja SOSOS). Neljän kierroksen jälkeen kahdeksan parasta suomalaista pelaavat sunnuntaina cupin, jonka voittaja on Korean Ambassador’s Cupin 2008 voittaja. Muut pelaajat ja cupista pudonneet jatkavat MacMahon-turnauksessa. Osallistua saavat Suomen Go-liitto ry:n jäsenet ja Suomessa oleskelevat ulkomaalaiset.

Komi 6,5 pistettä, Japanilaiset 1989 säännöt, EGF:n turnaussäännöt, GOR C-luokan turnaus.
