Jos valkea pääsee pelaamaan siirron 1, oikean ylänurkan ryhmä saa yhden vapauden lisää ja näin ollen tappaa mustan nurkkaryhmän. Mustan pitää siis estää tämä.

Mustan siirto 1 näyttäisi antaen eniten tukea kolmelle merkitylle kivelle (käynee ilmi vielä myöhemmin), ja samalla mahdollistaa vapauden poistamisen ylänurkan valkealta ryhmältä. Siirrot 2-3-4-5 näyttävät hyvältä vaihdolta valkealle, mutta voi olla että ne on parempi jättää ko-uhiksi, sillä mustan leikkaus kiven 6 kohdalla täytyy joka tapauksessa estää.

Tässä vaiheessa menee kimurantiksi. Valkean 1 laittaa mustan alaryhmän ongelmiin, mutta mustan a näyttää lupaavalta keinolta panna hanttiin. Liekö se mustan paras puolustus? Ko näyttää väistämättömältä.

Valkea voi näin saada kolme ko-uhkaa a:stä alkaen.

Don't try to use HTML, since it just won't work.

To embed images just put them available on the web using one of the approved formats, and they will get inlined automatically. To see the list of approved formats, go check SystemInfo.
